Sheffield Homes was set up in 2004 to transform the city’s council housing. We provide excellent housing management services to around 42,000 households and are delivering the largest Decent Homes programme in the country - investing nearly £700 million in modernising local homes.
27,676 properties (65.4% of our stock) met the Decent Homes Standard by April 2008.
