Can you give us your views on the way we communicate with customers? We're asking you to fill in a short online questionnaire to enter our Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy competition.
Sheffield Homes is offering you an exciting opportunity to work along side their team of marketing and design professionals and get involved in real life marketing campaigns. All you need to do is fill in our regular surveys. You can help:
- develop posters, leaflets, branding and our customer magazines
- make suggestions about how to improve Sheffield Homes’ website
- decide how Sheffield Homes delivers important messages to customers
Once every three months we will ask you a to fill in a five minute survey to get your views on our latest campaigns. From time to time we will give you the option to attend a 
workshop.

To kick off our second round of 'e:Talk' we’re looking for people to take five minutes to fill in an e:Talk questionnaire. We would like to know what you think about our online services, our complaints process and our Property Shop website.

How does e:Talk work?
Sheffield Homes’ Communications team has created this exciting online partnership group called “e:Talk”.
It’s completely different to anything Sheffield Homes has done before. It is a fun and fresh way for you to get on board. The great thing is it doesn’t involve having to take time out to come to meetings, sitting through long presentations and having to wait your turn to have your say.
You can provide feedback in the comfort of your own home, on your lunch break at work or at college or your local library. All wherever and whenever you like! We will email you four times a year to ask you to fill in our on line form. It’s as easy as that!
* The prize for this round of feedback is a family ticket for four (must include one adult) to see Disney On Ice Worlds of Fantasy, at the Motorpoint Arena on Sunday 13 November (show starts at 6.30pm). The draw will be made on Tuesday 1 November and the winner will be notified via email. Good luck!
