Do you have any other comments about the magazine? What could we do to make it better?
|
|
- I would prefer to read In Touch online.
- Some photos are used over and over again and some are out of date. Would look better with new ones.
- Need to stimulate people into caring about the surroundings. The info is sometimes out of date. Articles are always positive and would be good to have negative feedback and what was done about the problem mentioned.
- I find the statistics panels very useful. I would like to see a celebrity guest editor.

What we are going to change as a result of your feedback
Topics and articles
We are going to include more of the articles you said you want to see. These include articles about:
- Anti-social behaviour and community safety
- Community projects
- Keeping your estate clean and tidy
- Local events
- Green issues e.g. recycling
- Views from other tenants
Your feedback tells us you want to see more views from other tenants. We have recently introduced a tenant guest editor on a trial basis and will continue to include this feature in future edtions of In Touch. We will pick tenants from different areas around the city so that customers can read about different communities and what's happening in those communities.
Other formats
In Touch is also available online. Your feedback tells us that some of you would like to read an electronic version of In Touch but you didn't know this was available. We will do more work to promote where to access our electronic version of In Touch, which is available to download from this website. Please click here to go to the In Touch page and download a copy (we also have previous editions available for you to download).
You said, we did
Your feedback tells us you don't just want to see positive stories. We have a section in In Touch called "You said, we did" which includes customers problems / complaints / feedback and what we have done to fix this. We will look into expanding this part of the magazine in to a larger feature.
Getting it right
Some of your feedback shows that we are getting it right. You told us In Touch is easy to understand. 81 per cent of you strongly agree that In Touch is a good way of keeping you up to date with Sheffield Homes' services and 86 per cent of you tell us that our current distribution of four times a year is just right.
Where you tell us we are getting it right we will continue to do the same. We get it right because of your feedback and we are committed to making improvements based on what you say.
Your feedback is important! Thank you to everyone who has given us their views. Please look out for the next e:Talk questionnaire which will be launched in February 2011.
