Professor Tony Crook (Chair)
Professor Tony Crook, Chair, is Pro Vice-Chancellor of the University of Sheffield. He has been
involved in many aspects of housing policy in England and has been extensively involved in research on housing markets and policy over the last thirty years. He is currently a Trustee of Shelter and sits on several other housing related bodies.

Neil Cleeveley
Neil Cleeveley is Director of Information and Policy at the National Association for Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA). He is responsible for a number of policy areas including local government, neighbourhood renewal, service commissioning and regeneration. Neil is particularly interested in how Sheffield Homes involves its tenants in the decisions that affect them.
