Getting information under the Freedom of Information Act
The Freedom of Information Act gives you a legal right to ask for information we hold.
In most circumstances we must give it to you.
How do I make a request for information under the Act?
Your request must be in writing (this includes email), giving your name and address.
Please state the information you want as clearly and accurately as possible.
We will then advise and help you as much as possible.
It will help if you tell us why you want the information and the names of any staff involved.
If we are not sure what you are asking for, we will contact you for more details.
