Councillor Jackie Drayton tells Tenant on Your Bike!

A lucky Sheffield Homes tenant has won a mountain bike in a prize draw, which was presented by Councillor Jackie Drayton on 15th December.

 

Mrs Alfiah Musaid won the bike after being entered into a prize draw as a reward for completing the annual satisfaction survey of Sheffield’s 1,300 tenants of furnished accommodation.

 

Rosie Sheldon, Housing Needs Unit Manager said, "It is very important to us that we continually improve our services to customers and cater for their needs. By surveying our tenants we can clearly see areas they are happy with and where we can make improvements"

 

Mrs Alfiah Musaid said, "When I filled in the Furnished Accommodation survey, I thought I would not win the free prize draw. I have never won anything before and it is very nice to win this prize".

 

The Furnished Accommodation Service has been a huge success since its creation in 1999. At present it manages approximately 1,300 properties throughout Sheffield, meeting a need for good quality furnished housing for rent at affordable prices.
