Celebrate National Customer Service Week with Sheffield Homes!
Council tenants are invited to celebrate National Customer Service Week with Sheffield Homes at a marquee on Fargate from 6th to 7th October.
The marquee will be manned by Sheffield Homes staff who will be on hand to answer any questions, hand out leaflets and talk to local people about the council housing service.
Part of Sheffield Homes’ key vision is to delivers excellent services to all our customers. In order to do this we continually talk to our customers about the level of services they want to see us provide. Our customers will be asked a range of questions including, “What are the three most important things to you when you receive a service?”
The week is supported by the Institute of Customer Service and is a celebration of customer service professionalism. It is aimed at raising awareness of excellent customer service and promotes best practice across the whole of Sheffield Homes.
