What Happens When All The Work Is Finished?

When all the work in your home is finished, it will be inspected and you will be asked to sign a form to say that you are satisfied that the work has been finished to the right standard.

 

You will also be shown how to use all the items like the shower and central heating and be given instructions and aftercare information to refer to.

 

Once the work is completed, you will be asked to take part in a telephone questionnaire. The information that you give us is important, as we are constantly monitoring the service we provide to make improvements for the future.
