Complaints, Praise and Suggestions
How do I make a complaint, praise or suggestion?
You can email us at enquiries@sheffieldhomes.org.uk. Make sure you give us your name and address and to give us as much detail as you can.
You can telephone us using either 29 30000, if you live in the North of the city or on 205 3333 if you live in the South of the city.
You can also do this in person at your local area housing office.
You can also download and complete the 'complaints, praise and suggestions' leaflet and post this back to us, freepost. This leaflet is also available from any local area office or your local First Point.
What happens once I give my feedback to you?
Sheffield Homes will acknowledge your complaint, praise or suggestion straight away. We will provide you with the details of who is dealing with your enquiry and a reference number.
How long will it take for Sheffield Homes to reply to me?
If you have made a complaint, we will respond within 21 days, telling you what we are going to do to put it right. If your complaint is complex, and we are not able to respond within 21 days, we willl let you know what is happening.
If you have made a suggestion, we will respond within 21 days telling you what we are going to do with it.
