Who do I need to contact to get graffiti removed?
If you have any problems with graffiti on land or property managed by Sheffield Homes, you need to contact us at Sheffield Homes. You can do this in a number of ways:

You can also contact us at any Area Housing Office who will arrange for its removal.
We always aim to
- Remove graffiti within 2 working days
- Remove any offensive / racist graffiti within 1 working day
In some cases, where removal involves major work, Sheffield Homes may contact Streetforce to do this for us.
Graffiti that is on land or property not managed by Sheffield Homes.
If you have any problems with graffiti on land or property not managed by Sheffield Homes, you need to contact Streetforce on 0114 273 4567 or email streetforce@sheffield.gov.uk
The Streetforce service is available to private, commercial & owner-occupied properties, subject to a free survey and access arrangements. Please note that there is a charge for this service.
How do I report flytipping or dumped rubbish?
Flytpping on Sheffield Homes land should be reported to us as soon as you notice it. The area housing office or First Point, who will arrange for its removal.

Flytipping should be removed within one working day of being reported to Sheffield Homes.
Any flytipping on land or property not managed by Sheffield Homes should be reported to Street Force at the Sheffield City Council contact centre on 273 4567.

How can I get syringes removed?
Syringes on Sheffield Homes land should be reported to the relevant area housing office, who will arrange for it removal via the Estates Services Team.

Syringes should be removed within 4 working hours of being reported.
Any syringes not land or property not managed by Sheffield Homes should be reported to Street Force via the Sheffield City Council contact centre on 273 4567.

Do you install burglar alarms?
Burglar alarm installation schemes are currently managed by officers in the Estate and Tenancy Management Unit at Sheffield Homes.
Police crime statistics are used as a guide to where theses schemes will be located.
If you are eligible for a burglar alarm, it will involve an increase of your gross weekly rent by £2.35 per week. This cost covers maintenance and repairs.
