Looking for a New Home Customer Charter
The Looking for a New Home Customer Charter explains what you can expect when you apply for housing with Sheffield Homes. It was drawn up in consultation with tenants and residents from across the city.
The Customer Charter includes the following information:
- Service standards;
- Our promises to you;
- How we will know if we are keeping to the standards;
- Contact details for you to tell us how we are doing.
