Sheffield City Council Lettings Policy
Sheffield City Council’s (new window) Lettings Policy reflects the Council’s commitment to equal opportunities. It aims to ensure that everyone who has a right to the Council’s letting services is treated equally. It is a policy based on waiting time and gives some priority to people in urgent housing need.
The Lettings Policy sets out all the rules for getting a council property including how to request a review if you are unhappy with a decision we make. For more information on the Council's rules for rehousing, open the Lettings Policy document at the bottom of this page.
