Sheffield Homes works to a set of customer charters that describe the standards we will meet in providing a range of housing services. The charters – which cover all our main activities - ensure that customers know what to expect from us.
We have drawn up the standards in consultation with customers from across the city. We check the service that customers receive against these standards to make sure we live up to our promises.
