Panagraph - Performance at your fingertips

Panagraph Introduction

We can now offer tenants and residents an insight into the performance of the Day-to-Day Repairs and Vacant Repair / Re-let Service provided by Sheffield Homes in partnership with Kier Sheffield LLP and the Decent Homes Improvement Works provided by Sheffield Homes in partnership with Partnering Contractors, using the web-based Performance Management system Panagraph.

Panagraph is internet-based, which allows wider access and involvement from interested parties and provides direct access to performance data from the repairs service used daily by Sheffield Homes.

The Panagraph software is based on a simple concept using radar charts, which are interactive to let the viewer click on what they want to see.

In the downloads section at the bottom of this page the ‘Panagraph Software Aid’ can be selected, which will give you an example of the Panagraph screen layout and a description of how each window is used.

Use of Key Performance Indicators

To measure the performance of Day-to-Day Repairs and Vacant Repair / Re-Let Service we use Key Performance Indicators, which have been called SKIs (Sheffield Kier Indicators).

To measure the performance of Decent Homes Improvement Works we use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Each SKI / KPI has a definition; this details what the indicators measure, how and why this information is collected, and how we get a performance score from data collected.

These definition documents can be found in the downloads section at the bottom of this page.
