We are continually looking to improve our services and regularly check how well we are doing against targets that ensure our standards remain high.
 
Here is a snapshot of how we performed on repairs and maintenance between April and June 2008:

Percentage satisfied with the repairs service provided by Sheffield Homes and Kier:

We are not hitting our target – what are we doing about it?
We are working with Kier to improve satisfaction, which includes holding a forum for ethnic minority groups.
