Anti Social Behaviour Customer Charter Leaflet

Tackling anti social behaviour in Sheffield

The Council believes tenants and residents should be able to enjoy peace and quiet in their homes, feel safe and secure and not have to suffer the anti social activities of others. Details of action that the Council can take in dealing with anti social behaviour are in the leaflet "Anti Social Behaviour Customer Charter".  The leaflet is available from all Area Housing Offices. Or you can download a copy from this page.

The leaflet includes:

  • A joint message from the Cabinet Members for Neighbourhoods and Community Safety
  • A description of the process that Sheffield Homes follows when someone reports nuisance or anti social behaviour
  • The type of information we will need to prove that nuisnace or anti social behaviour is happening
  • The various types of legal action we can take, if necessary, against people responsible for nuisance and anti social behaviour
  • How Sheffield Homes will monitor and report on how well it is performing in tackling nuisance and anti social behaviour
  • How tenants and residents can comment on the anti social behaviour service
