Training, help and support for getting involved 

Some people feel they aren’t able to get to a meeting or take part in other activities for a variety of reasons. Do any of the following sound familiar?

• “I don’t know enough to get involved?”
• “I can’t afford to go to a meeting”
• “I have children and there’s no-one to look after them”
• “I can’t come because I care for a sick or elderly relative”
• “I might not understand what going on!”
