Help and support for meetings and events

“I can’t afford to go to a meeting” – We can arrange transport for you or pay your travelling expenses whether you come by car or use public transport

“I have children and there’s no-one to look after them” – We can arrange child care while you go to a meeting

“I can’t come because I care for a sick or elderly relative” – We can give you expenses so you can pay someone else to provide care while you are out

“I might not understand what going on!” – We can help in many ways, by:

• Providing information in different formats e.g. large print, Braille, audio tape
• Providing a loop system
• If your first language isn’t English then we can provide an interpreter to be there with you
