Tenants identify a service they wish to inspect and then check on the quality and value for money it provides using a variety of methods.
Tenants who are Tenant Inspectors check out the standards of our communal areas.

This is a great way to give us your thoughts and views in Sheffield Homes. It is also an excellent way to network with tenants and keep up to date.
You might get one of these when you’ve had a repair done . You can tell us whether we did a good job or not and how we can improve.
These are groups of usually 6-10 people and are used to find out the views of customers on particular projects. They are normally one off events.
