E - TARAs

Our E-TARA (electronic Tenants and Residents Association) has been designed to give tenants and residents of Sheffield Homes an additional option to get involved.

We recognise that all our customers should be able to have a say in issues that affect their homes and communities. You may not want to be part of a formal group, have commitments that make it difficult for you or you simply may not have a Tenants and Residents Association (TARA) within your area.

Any tenant or resident of Sheffield Homes can become a member of our E TARA.

Simply email our Community Engagement Team with any issues, concerns or suggestions you may have to getinvolved@sheffieldhomes.org.uk

The Community Engagement Team will acknowledge your email and log this within customer services through praise, suggestion and feedback.
