@home Online Communities and Online Services 

Online Services In the first week of January all customers were sent login details for the online services section of this website. Customers will have received a new pin number followed a few days later by a password. If you are a new tenant you will also be sent these details. You can get online to pay your rent and check your account, report a repair, update your details, find a home, check out your account, ask a question and get involved.

It is important to not confuse this section with @home, your online communites pages!

@home Getting invovled has never been easier. @home is an exciting new feature on the Sheffield Homes website that offers a user friendly and interactive way to publicise a community group and connect you to other people in your area. You can join a community group, share photos, find local news and events and chat with your neighbours.

Unlike the online serivces section you will need to register for @home and choose your own username and password. The registration page is easy to use, guiding you through each stage of the process and will take less than 5 minutes.
