Questionnaire and Survey

Lots of surveys are done throughout the year on a variety of topics. These can include postal questionnaires, telephone surveys or face to face interviews – you choose how you would like to be involved! The results of all questionnaires and surveys help influence changes to services. There are also questionnaires available via the internet and we are developing ways for customers to give us their views by text messaging.
