Energy Performance Certificates
We are legally required to produce validated Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all houses sold through ‘right-to-buy’ or relet to a new tenant.
All properties are surveyed on becoming vacant to check how energy efficient they are. Each is then issued with its unique EPC, which can be shown to potential tenants or buyers.
Certificates are valid for ten years and must be renewed.
