Help us improve our complaints service
Since we introduced our Customer Feedback procedure 5 years ago we have got much better at recording, monitoring and dealing with customer complaints.
Customers however still tell us that we don’t always get complaint handling right and we accept that some parts of the Customer Feedback procedure don’t work as well as they should.
To give a good service we need to get complaint handling right and also learn from complaints to ensure the problem is not repeated.
To help us get this right we have started a Complaint Review and we need your help.
Please download our survey available at the bottom of this page and tell us what is important to you when you make a complaint. Please return it to enquiries@sheffieldhomes.org.uk
We'd also be keen to hear any other suggestions or ideas you may have, just include them in the email when you return the survey.
Later in the summer we will consult on some of the ideas and issues that come out of the first part of the review – please come back then and give us your opinions.
