Anti-social behaviour and harassment

We believe that everybody should live in a safe and secure neighbourhood, free from anti-social behaviour and harassment.

The majority of people act responsibly, take pride in their homes and communities and respect their neighbours. Unfortunately, some cause misery, fear and distress with antisocial behaviour or harassment.

We do not tolerate such behaviour and will take swift and effective action to deal with it.

All complaints are taken very seriously and we place a high priority on supporting people through what can be a worrying and stressful experience. We want all our tenants to feel confident in reporting problems to us and to feel satisfied with the service they receive when they do.
