Our Estate Officers undertake a wide range of duties in our communities, with the aim of providing high quality communal and open spaces.

They work to create a tidy and welcoming environment for our residents. They are a key element of our efforts to provide decent neighbourhoods for all to enjoy.

Each housing area has a dedicated team of Estate Officers. Their duties include:-

• Responsive communal area cleaning
• Removal of dumped rubbish
• Removal of graffiti
• Removal of dangerous items
• Grounds maintenance work
• Maintenance of car parks and drying areas
• The sweeping and clearing of play areas

Estate Officers provide a weekday service between 8.00am and 4.30pm. They are easily identified by their distinctive green uniform and are happy to answer any questions you might have about what they do.
