Meet My Warden
 |
We have a Neighbourhood Warden Service in each of our housing areas. The wardens are a highly visible and uniformed presence and they are there to be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the community, helping to make people feel safe.
Neighbourhood Wardens can help respond to local priorities by working in partnership with individuals and local agencies, such as the Police. Their reassuring presence provides a friendly point of contact for our customers. Our Neighbourhood Wardens are out on patrol six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
Key Duties Are To:
- Regularly patrol council housing areas
- Witness and report crime and anti-social behaviour
- Report fly tipping, graffiti and other environmental issues, such as abandoned vehicles and faulty streetlights.
- Talk to our customers and participate in community events.
