YES Team services

The YES Team has been designed to place together the main operational elements needed to deliver estate services, so that we respond quickly to the needs and priorities of the local community.    Our service is designed to compliment: Sheffield City Council’s Liveability Project South Yorkshire Police Authority Safer Neighbourhood Area (SNA) The three key operational elements we provide are:  Neighbourhood Warden Services Comprises a high profile patrol service; attendance at Post Office pension days; schools and community liaison; visits to vulnerable people; reporting anti-social behaviour and environmental crime; arranging for the removal of abandoned vehicles; crime prevention and safety advice; liaison with police and other local agencies. Grounds Maintenance Includes grass cutting, hedges, shrub and rose beds, bulb and tree planting, weed killing and all local grounds maintenance Estate Services Covers all block cleaning for communal areas; dealing with fly tipping, graffiti; removal of drug related paraphernalia; litter picking; clearance of rubbish left in vacant gardens; and a rapid response team.
