Does your home have a modern kitchen?

When assessing your home, we will look to see whether your kitchen has units that are more than 20 years old. If we fit a new kitchen in your property, this will include:

  • New base units and wall cupboards - you can choose from four kitchen unit styles
  • New worktops - you can choose from four colours
  • New ceramic tiles above the worktops and behind the cooker - you can choose from five colours
  • New vinyl floor tiles - you can choose from five colours
