Is your home in a good state of repair?
When assessing whether your home is in a good state of repair, our inspectors will look to see whether:
One or more key building components (walls, roofs, chimneys, windows, doors, heating and electrics) are old and in need of attention
Two or more other building components (like kitchens and bathrooms) are old and in need of attention
For example:
If your property is suffering from dampness, we will find out the cause and decide on the best solution to the problem
We will check the electrical wiring in your home and upgrade it if necessary
