When will work start on my home?

In 2010 Sheffield Homes wrote to every household whose home is included in future Decent Homes Programme. Property surveys have taken place recently to confirm  the amount of work required for each property to complete the Decent Homes Programme by 2013/14, as agreed by Sheffield City Council.

Sheffield Homes is now planning the remaining years of the Decent Homes Programme which intends to follow the sequencing of works that has been agreed by Area Boards and this will confirm, for each year, when properties are likely to have work carried out to them.  Any changes to this sequencing will be agreed by Area Boards. Sheffield Homes will be writing to you soon to let you know when work is planned to be carried out to your home.
