Customer Online Services - order a repair and check your housing account online
We have sent all tenants a unique PIN number so you can access our services 24/7, for free, from the comfort of your home. You just need to click on the login link (see left) and follow the instructions. You can:

Order a repair and make an appointment for a repair via a user-friendly, image based system

Check the repairs history of a property

Check which repairs have been ordered on their block of flats/maisonettes

Check the status of a repair

Check a current rent balance

View a rent statement

Request a rent payment card
If you do not know your login details or have forgotten your password please use our Request an Account/Lost Password Form. You can also call us on 0114 293 0000 (North Sheffield) or 0114 205 3333 (South Sheffield) between 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Paying your rent online
You can now pay your rent with a Debit Card via the Internet.

Renting a property
If you are interested in renting a property you can make one bid for the tenancy at no cost via our Property Shop website.
