Repairs and maintenance

You have the right to ask your landlord to keep the common and structural parts of your block in a fit state of repair. You also have the right to be consulted about major repairs for which you are liable to pay a share.
You have a right to go onto communal land surrounding your property that is owned by Sheffield City Council in order to carry out your responsibilities, such as repairs.
