Do you want to have a say in rent issues that affect you? Why not get involved through the Income Management User Group?
We understand that, as a tenant, you have an interest in the rent you pay and the way we provide services to you.
The Income Management User Group is open to all tenants on a voluntary basis.
It was set up and is run by our Income Management Unit to gather input from you, our tenants, on the rents service we deliver. Through your feedback, we identify ways that we can improve.
The topics we currently discuss include:
- The arrears recovery procedure
- The layout and frequency of rent statements
- Paying by cards – for example, obtaining a balance
- Financial inclusion – for example, the benefits of credit unions
The group meets every three months and we pay attendance expenses to all members.
