Each year we provide two weeks to customers where no rent is charged.

This year the weeks start on Monday 19th December and Monday 26th December.

We set up the draw to encourage customers who have rent arrears to catch up on their debts and give themselves the best possible start to 2012.

We also want to thank the majority of you, who pay your rent on time and keep
out of arrears. We want to encourage other tenants to follow your good example!

To be entered for the draw you must have a clear rent account or have entered into a repayment agreement by 1st Jan 2012
