Furniture packages and service charges
When you move into a furnished property, your rent includes a weekly service charge. This has been frozen for the last five years and, as of April 1st 2009, was:
Bedsit - £19.25
1 Bedroom Property - £21.76
2 Bedroom Property - £25.10
3 Bedroom Property - £28.45
This is in addition to rent for your home, which varies according to property type and size.
All accommodation is decorated to a high standard, has fitted carpets in all rooms and laminate effect vinyl in the toilet/bathroom, kitchen and hallway.
In addition to this, curtains and tracks are fitted to the lounge and all bedrooms.
Furniture packages vary according to the size of the property and include bed(s), wardrobe(s), dining table, dining chairs, suite, fridge, undercounter freezer and cooker.
Furniture is updated and replaced according to our wear and tear and health and safety policies.
