We provide an excellent household contents insurance scheme.
Weekly premiums are paid with your rent, making it easier to insure your belongings at a low cost. The plan is arranged through Aviva, an established insurance company and offers continuous ‘new for old’ cover against fire, theft and water damage. There is no excess to pay.
Anyone who is not in rent arrears can apply to join the scheme,
We strongly recommend you arrange home contents insurance in case the worst happens.

With our scheme, you pay the cost of the insurance weekly without charge, unlike some other schemes, and pay the premiums when you pay the rent.
£6,000 is the lowest sum that can be insured if you are over 60 and £9,000 is the lowest insurable sum for all other customers.
