Sheffield Property Shop has moved!
The Sheffield Property Shop has moved to new premises further down Union Street, in the city centre. After several years opposite Howden House it relocated to 36–42 Union Street on 4th October 2010.
We still provide the same services as before - help and advice with bidding, re-housing advice, information on Mutual Exchanges, other housing options and information about other housing providers.
Our opening hours remain the same.

Housing Registration Review
We are currently reviewing all applicants on the Sheffield City Council Housing Register. We have reviewed 29,300 applicants since April 2009.
If you receive a form it is very important that you return it within four weeks of receiving it. If you don’t your registration will be cancelled and you will lose any waiting time you currently have. Up to September 2010 around 14,148 applicants we have sent forms to have had their rehousing registration cancelled.
It is important that you return the form. If you are unsure what to do or need any help filling in the form, please contact us on the telephone numbers below or call into the Sheffield Property Shop, a First Point or your local housing office.

Each week we advertise details of people who would like to exchange their properties. It’s really easy too.
Here’s how we did:

- 13 signed up within 7 days
