Am I eligible?

Who is eligible and how do I find out more? Both single people and couples qualify if over 60, or have a mobility priority. For couples, only one person must fit the age requirements. Sheltered Housing does not: Provide personal care, but staff can assist residents to access it if they need it. Before offering you a sheltered property we will check to make sure it meets all your housing needs. How do I find out more?
