New tenancy visits
We are committed to giving new residents the best possible service to help sustain tenancies. With this in mind, the new tenancy visit is an ideal opportunity to meet your tenancy management officer and discuss any issues and problems you may have.
We aim to visit you within four weeks of the start of your occupancy, to see how you are settling in and provide advice, support and assistance where required. We will ensure that you have relevant information about the area you have moved to and that you understand your tenancy roles and responsibilities.
If you need further help or support in your home, please speak to your management officer who can advise you of other support agencies. |
