We were established by Sheffield City Council in 2004, to manage and continually improve council homes across the city.

Our aim is to deliver efficient, high quality housing services, provide decent homes, build thriving communities and improve the lives and prospects of our tenants and residents.

Already, we have invested £669 million in modernising homes; more than two-thirds of Sheffield council properties meet the Decent Homes standard; and our services have received the very best ‘Excellent, 3 Star’ government rating.

As the largest Arms Length Management Organisation in the country, some 42,000 council houses and properties benefit from our management.
