We were set up and are owned by Sheffield City Council to manage council housing in Sheffield.

Our housing services include repairs and improvements to tenants' homes, collecting rent, managing lettings, looking after estates and tackling anti-social behaviour.

Our work is given strategic direction and overseen by a Board of Directors. This results in more involvement for tenants and also means that, for the first time, they are on the body that makes key decisions about housing services in the city.
