Welcome to the Sheffield Homes Annual Report for 2010/11.
A full version is attached to the bottom of this page for you to download or print out. A summary version is included in the Autumn issue of In Touch with Sheffield Homes, our customer magazine, which is sent out to all our tenants and leaseholders.
Our Annual Report focuses on a set of Government standards that we are performing against in all service areas of our business. All landlords must now publish this information every year so customers can see how well we are performing.
A small group of tenants have been involved in helping to produce the Annual Report this year, so hopefully it is a customer-friendly, interesting read.
The Annual Report provides an overview of the standards and some examples of how we measure up against them. We have also published our Financial Accounts for 2010/2011, a copy of which is also at the bottom of the page.
