The Sheffield Homes Board of Directors sets the strategic direction of the Company. It is made up of seven tenants, three council nominees and five independent members. Find out more about its members here.
The Board is responsible for:
- Setting out the overall strategy for Sheffield Homes
- Securing resources
- Discharging legal responsibilities
- Agreeing performance targets and monitoring whether they have been met
- Ensuring effective community engagement so tenants have a voice
