Councillor Isobel Bowler
Isobel Bowler represents Mosborough Ward on Sheffield City Council and is Cabinet Advisor for Housing and Regeneration.

Councillor Tony Damms
Tony Damms is a retired Housing Association Manager.  He first became interested in housing through involvement with Tenant Associations and is a former secretary of the National Tenants Organisation.  He was elected to Sheffield City Council in 1982.

Janet Dean (Chair of the Board of Directors)
Janet Dean is director of a regeneration consultancy which provides strategic advice to national agencies and interim resourcing for organisations and partnerships. She is also a board member of Sheffield Hallam University and Yorkshire and Humber Strategic Health Authority. During a successful career in the public sector Janet established a national reputation for partnership working and neighbourhood renewal, and pioneered work on developing community strategies through local strategic partnerships.

Martin Forbes
Martin Forbes is a Chartered Accountant who has over ten years’ experience working with local authorities and housing associations on a range of audit and consultancy assignments. He has worked for such major names as KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers and, most recently, Deloitte.  Martin has recently been appointed to a new post within the Local Government Association’s partnership and project delivery agency  "4ps", dealing with housing, property and regeneration issues.

Bryan Greenwood
Bryan Greenwood has been a council tenant for 35 years. He takes a keen interest in our work and until his recent move was Treasurer of the Badger Estate Tenants and Residents Association.

Maxwell Magadzire
Maxwell Magadzire lives in the south west area of the city. He has over six years experience in auditing and financial accounting, and he is the Deputy Treasurer of ASSIST Sheffield, a local charity based in the city centre. He is a strong believer in the value of insightful strategic planning and good corporate governance, and he is keen to share his understanding of financial systems with others.

Lily McCall
Lily McCall is Chair of her Tenants and Residents Association and has been a TARA representative for over 20 years on the city centre estate where she lives.

Usamah Rahmani
Usamah Rahmani lives in Nether Edge. He has been involved in various tenant groups since our launch in 2004 and is currently a member of the Black and Minority Ethnic Planning Group. His day job is in the Civil Service.

Michael Shepherd
Michael Shepherd lives at Lowedges and is a tenant representative on the Decent Homes project group. He is a former member of the Norfolk Park Tenants and Residents Association.

Richard Webb
Richard Webb took up post as Executive Director for Communities at Sheffield City Council in August 2009.

Richard has worked operationally and as a commissioner across the NHS and Local Government in Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Stockton on Tees and Telford and Wrekin. He is joint national lead for mental health, drugs and alcohol for the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services

Pauline West
Pauline West is a former Chair of Firshill Tenants and Residents Association and a former member of Sheffield Homes East Area Board. She is passionate about the estate where she lives and is keen to foster an environment in which members of the community both locally and across Sheffield respect each others’ cultures and beliefs.
