Sheltered Housing Board

As well as our Board of Directors, we have established six Area Boards and a Sheltered Housing Board.

It is made up of four tenants, three independents and one council appointee.

What does the Sheltered Housing Board do?

The Advisory Panel takes its lead from the Board of Directors and is primarily responsible for:

  • Local Service Planning
  • Local Investment Planning
  • Local Tenant Participation
  • Local Performance Monitoring
  • Supporting People Delivery Plan

The current members of the Sheltered Housing Board are:

Tenants:  Victor Gibson, Jean Marshall

Independents: John Barlow, Gerard Dewar, Sylvia Parry

Council appointee: Richard Palmer
