As well as our Board of Directors, we have established six Area Boards and a Sheltered Housing Advisory Panel.

It is made up of four tenants, three independents and one council appointee.

What does the Advisory Panel do?

The Advisory Panel takes its lead from the Board of Directors and is primarily responsible for:

• Local Service Planning
• Local Investment Planning
• Local Tenant Participation
• Local Performance Monitoring
• Supporting People Delivery Plan

The current members of the Advisory Panel are:

Independents: John Barlow, Gerard Dewar

Council appointee: Suzanne Allen
