National Federation of ALMOs

As an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), we are a member of the National Federation of ALMOs (NFA), the trade body representing the needs of 69 Organisations and one million council homes across the country.

The NFA was established in 2003 and negotiates with the government on behalf of all ALMOs; brings together its members through key events and meetings; and acts as a provider of advice and best practice guidance - all of which have the interests of council tenants and communities at heart.

Further cementing the close relationship between ourselves and the NFA is our Vice Chair, Jose Derrick, who sits on the NFA Board and continues to lobby for tenants at a local and national level.
