Our Action Plan

Our Action Plan 2011 / 2012

Each year we publish an annual plan setting out what we will do in the year ahead. This is called an ‘Action Plan’.

Before producing it, we look at what customers tell us are their main priorities - and then we set out how we are going to meet these priorities over the next 12 months.
