In recent years Sheffield Homes has developed four cross cutting Cornerstone Strategies - Value for Money, Customer Care, Community Engagement and Equalities and Diversity.

These cut across the organisation and all of our activities, as well as underpinning our Business Plan.

Each one sets out how we aim to meet our commitments for that particular area, what we have achieved so far and what else we plan to do.
