Our performance


Sheffield Homes is committed to providing excellent homes and housing services. We work closely with customers to constantly improve the way we work.

We keep a close eye on how we are doing in all areas of the business, e.g. how much rent we collect, how many repairs we complete on time or how satisfied out customers are with our work. We do this by monitoring our performance, in a range of different ways. This could be through customer surveys or by using information about the enquiries we handle.

Customers can find out how we are doing by the links on the right, in our Board reports and in our customer magazine In Touch. Our Board of Directors, Sheffield City Council and the government check our performance.
